The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts an annual SO examination (IBPS). The purpose of this exam is to select Specialist Officers (SO) for various Public Sector Banks. The Common Written Examination (CWE) is administered by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). The CWE is used to hire officers and clerks at the institution.
