OICL AO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

  • Stage 1: Prelims Exam: The Prelims exam shall be objective type and this is qualifying in nature which means that its marks will not be added to the final merit list
  • Stage 2: Mains Exam: The Mains Exam consists of both objective and descriptive type paper and the total mark is 230 (200+30). Candidates are required to score sectional and overall minimum marks to qualify the exam
  • Stage 3: Interview: Those who qualify the Mains Exam will have to appear for the Interview stage. The weightage of the Online Exam and Interview is 80:20 respectively. Final selection will be done based on the Mains Exam and Interview
