The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), on behalf of Indian Railways, has announced the RRB Technician Recruitment 2026 for filling 6,565 vacancies across Technician Grade 1 Signal and Grade 3 posts. Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc in Physics / Electronics / Computer Science / IT / Instrumentation
- 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering streams
- Engineering Degree in relevant basic streams
- Matriculation / SSLC + ITI from NCVT/SCVT recognized institute
- Relevant trades: Forger, Heat Treater, Foundryman, Pattern Maker, Moulder (Refractory)
- OR Course Completed Act Apprenticeship
- Grade 1 Signal: 18 – 33 years
- Grade 3: 18 – 30 years
- SC/ST: +5 years relaxation
- OBC (NCL): +3 years relaxation
- PWD: +10 years relaxation
- Citizen of India
- Citizen of Nepal or Bhutan
- Tibetan refugee (arrived before Jan 1, 1962)
- Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries
