All candidates of SSC who have qualified in Result of Tier-II of written Exam of CHSL Exam, 2015 declared on 30.06.2017, are hereby informed that their Document Verification(DV) in SSC will commence from 07.07.2017.
Instructions for Candidates for Document Verification:
- OBC Certificate must have a mention of Govt. of India
- The candidature of those candidates will be cancelled by the Commission who fail to produce the relevant Certificates such as Mark Sheets & Board Certificate of XII Class in original as proof of having acquired the minimum educational qualification on or before the 1st August, 2015.
- For Verification of Date of Birth, Candidates are required to furnish Xth Class Board Certificate only.
- For claim of any age-relaxation in upper age limit of age criteria, the appropriate Certificate issued from the competent authority is required to be furnished.
- In the case of candidates working in any Govt. Organizations, an NOC from the Employer is also required to be furnished.
- A duly filled Revised Post Preference Option Form as enclosed herewith is also required to be furnished.
