Stage-I:– Preliminary Examination

Stage III – Interview and Allotment
Interview: Those who are shortlisted for IBPS PO by the particular organisation will be summoned for an interview once the examination is successful. Candidates must score more than 40% to qualify for the interview, which carries a total of 100 points.
Allotment: Based on the openings to be filled throughout the financial year based on company needs, after successfully completing the IBPS interview round. Shortlisted applicants will be provisionally assigned to one of the organisations based on merit-cum-preference, in conformity with the spirit of the government.
