LIC AAO Selection Process 2025

The LIC AAO recruitment follows a three-stage selection process:

  • Phase 1: Preliminary Examination (Qualifying nature)
  • Phase 2: Main Examination (Marks counted for final selection)
  • Phase 3: Interview/Personality Test (Marks counted for final selection)

The final merit list is prepared based on marks obtained in the Main Examination and Interview combined. The Prelims serves only as a qualifying round.
