The preliminary examination of the SBI PO 2025 comprises of 100 questions from Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. The main examination of SBI PO 2025 comprises of Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis and interpretation, General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness, English Language and a descriptive test. SBI PO Exam Pattern 2025
State Bank of India (SBI) conducts 2 stages of online examination i.e. Preliminary and Mains. Only the candidates qualifying in both stages will be eligible to appear for the interview round. SBI PO Descriptive Test
The Descriptive Paper of 30 minutes duration with two questions for 50 marks will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay).
Besides the preliminary exam and the main exam, an interview process is also conducted for candidates who qualify for the first two phases of the SBI PO exam.
The final merit list is made based on marks obtained by a candidate in his/ her main exam and interview process.
