Age relaxation is applicable upto 5 years for SC\/ ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD\/ widows\/ divorced women \/ women judicially separated who are re-married (13 years for PWD (OBC) & 15 years PWD (SC\/ ST) and 5 years for Person domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir applicants as per rules.<\/p>\n Educational Qualification:<\/strong> Candidates should possess minimum three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or Board with minimum 65% of marks (55% for SC\/ ST\/ PWD) or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for SC\/ ST\/ PWD) for Junior Engineer (Civil) post and minimum three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or Board with minimum 65% of marks (55% for SC\/ ST\/ PWD) or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for SC\/ ST\/ PWD) for Junior Engineer (Electrical) post.
