{"id":3598,"date":"2016-07-05T13:25:08","date_gmt":"2016-07-05T07:55:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/race4job.com\/blog\/?p=3598"},"modified":"2016-07-05T13:25:08","modified_gmt":"2016-07-05T07:55:08","slug":"sbi-po-exam-2016-check-paper-pattern","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.race4job.com\/blog\/sbi-po-exam-2016-check-paper-pattern\/","title":{"rendered":"SBI PO Exam 2016: Check out paper pattern"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Phase 1: Preliminary Exam<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Preliminary examination will be conducted online.\u00a0 The test will consist of all objective type questions of total 100 marks.<\/p>\n<p>The test will be of 1 hour duration and will include 3 sections as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English Language:\u00a0 The candidates need to answer 30 questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Quantitative Aptitude: This segment will have 35 questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reasoning Ability:\u00a0 The candidates will be judged on their reasoning capability and will have to answer 35 questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After securing passing marks, candidates will be selected for the second phase of examination.<\/p>\n<p><b>Phase 2: Main Exam<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Main examination will also be conducted online and will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks.<\/p>\n<p><b>Objective test:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The objective test will of 3 hours duration and will include 4 sections which needs to be answered within 3 hour duration.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reasoning &amp; Computer Aptitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Analysis &amp; Interpretation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>General\/Economy\/ Banking Awareness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>English Language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Descriptive test:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Descriptive Test will be of 30 minutes duration and will have questions of total 50 marks.\u00a0 In this, the candidates will be tested on English Language (Letter Writing &amp; Essay).<\/p>\n<p>All the candidates should note that for every wrong answer, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Phase 1: Preliminary Exam The Preliminary examination will be conducted online.\u00a0 The test will consist of all objective type questions of total 100 marks.
