The bill proposes to<br \/>\nincrease penalties against traffic violation to as<br \/>\ndeterrent measure.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">Highlights :<\/span><\/span><br \/>\nItincreases compensation for Hit &amp; Run cases to 2 lakh\u00a0rupees from 25000 rupees.<\/p>\n<p>And compensation upto 10 lakh rupees in road accident\u00a0fatalities.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The Government approved amendments in OBC\u00a0list for AP and Telangana<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The union cabinet has given its approval for making\u00a0suitable amendments in the central list of OBCs\u00a0applicable to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.<\/p>\n<p>This decision was taken as per the recommendations of\u00a0the National Commission for Backward Classes<br \/>\n(NCBC)<\/p>\n<p>The NCBC has recommended total 35 changes in\u00a0respect of Andhra Pradesh and also suggested 86 new\u00a0entries in respect of Telangana.<\/p>\n<p>Aadhar linked eSignature facility laqunched by a<\/p>\n<p>start up<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Aadhar linked eSignature facility dubbed as eSigndesk<\/span><\/p>\n<p>was launched by Legal Desk, a Bengaluru based startup in online legal documentation busineess.<\/p>\n<p>eSigndesk is the instant signing feature.
