Interested candidates need to apply for the examination, which would be held online at 214 centres across the country in two phases: preliminary and main. Those who clear the preliminary examination will be eligible to appear in the main. Those who pass the main exam will be provisionally allotted to one of the participating banks.<\/p>\n<p>The online registration process begins on <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">August 22,<\/span> and will continue till September 12, 2016. The preliminary examination will be held on November 26 and 27 and December 3 and 4 (if required). The results of the preliminary examination will be declared in December. The main examination will be held on December 31, 2016, and January 1, 2017. The provisional allotment of banks to successful candidates will be made in April 2017. All these dates are tentative.<\/p>\n<p>The preliminary examination will be of one-hour duration, with three sections carrying 100 marks for 100 questions. Candidates will get one hour to solve them.
