The recruitment drive is being held to fill vacancies for the post of Postal Assistants\/Sorting Assistants, Data Entry Operators (DEO), Lower Divisional Clerks(LDC) and Court Clerk.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Important dates:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Last date to apply:<\/span> November 7, 2016<br \/>\nDate of Computer Based Examination (Tier-I): January 7, 2017 and February 5, 2017<br \/>\nDate of Tier-II (Descriptive Paper): April 9, 2017<br \/>\nStart of application fee payment: <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">October 8, 2016<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Vacancy details:<\/span><br \/>\nPostal Assistant\/Sorting Assistant: 3281 vacancies<br \/>\nLDC: 1321 vacancies<br \/>\nDEO: 506 vacancies<br \/>\nCourt Clerk: 26 vacancies<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Age limit:<\/span><br \/>\nMinimum age as on January 1, 2017: 18 years<br \/>\nMaximum age as on January 1, 2017: 27 years<br \/>\nCandidates are advised to check the details notification on the official website of the Commission for age relaxation criteria.<br \/>\nEducational qualification:<br \/>\nCandidates must have class 12 or equal examination certificate as on January 1, 2017.
