1. Statement:<\/span> The number of disabled persons in developing countries is going to increase at an alarming rate.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (1)<\/span><\/span>
\nCourses of action:<\/span> I. Developed countries should provide nutritious food and medicine to developing countries.<\/span>
\n II. Parents should take care of their children.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Statement:<\/span> One out of every two smokers, who start at a young age and continue smoking throughout their lives, will ultimately be killed by a tobacco- related illness.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (1)<\/span><\/span>
\nCourses of action:<\/span> I. Awareness campaigning against the ill-effects of tobacco should be organized.<\/span>
\n II. Medical science should develop anti-tobacco effect medicines.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Statement:<\/span> According to the police, 198 cyclists were killed and 617 injured in accidents on Delhi roads in 1998 alone.\u00a0\u00a0 (1)<\/span><\/span>

\nCourses of action:<\/span> I. Government should impose ban an computers and Internet.<\/span>
\n II. Government should promote ancient Ayurvedic system and science of healing.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Statement:<\/span> Some of the brave sons of India have laid down their lives fighting to protect the sovereignty of our motherland, leaving their wives widowed, children orphaned and families bereaved.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (1)<\/span><\/span>
\nCourses of action:<\/span> I. Every individual, industrial organization and commercial house should donate to help the families of the valiant heroes who lost their lives for the cause of the nation.<\/span>
\n II. India should go for attack instead of defence to pay her real tribute to the martyrs.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Statement:<\/span> The abuse and exploitation of children persist in large parts of the world.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (1)<\/span><\/span>
\nCourses of action:<\/span> I. All countries should provide for legal punishment of persons involved in such cases.<\/span>
