Directions (Q. 37-41) :<\/span> Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below. XYZ company is looking for Marketing Managers. Following criteria have been laid down for the above post. The candidate must<\/span><\/p>\n

(i) be in the age group of 24-32 yr on 1.7.2004.<\/span>
\n (ii) be a graduate from a recognized university.<\/span>
\n (iii) have atleast three years\u2019 experience of marketing in consumer products.<\/span>
\n (iv) have the quality of leadership.<\/span>
\n (v) be ready to travel extensively. However, if a candidate fulfils all the criteria except<\/span>
\n (A) (i) above, but is in the age group of 32-35 yr and has eight years\u2019 experience in the required field, his\/ her case should be referred to the Managing Director.<\/span>
\n (B) (iii) above, but has done post graduation, his\/ hercase should be referred to the Chairman. On the basis of the above criteria and information provided below, decide the course of action in each case. You are not to assume anything. The cases are being given to you as on 1 st July, 2004.<\/span><\/p>\n
