Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday called Lalu Prasad the \u201cbig boss\u201d who wants to run Bihar by \u201cremote control\u201d and asked people whether they want such a government. Modi was addressing a massive rally organised at Suara airstrip, 5 km from Dehre, where people, mostly young men, had gathered since morning.<\/p>\n

The PM also raised the issue of a recent firing incident where a police officer was injured and said that \u201cit is a sign of return of jungle raj\u201d. He added that there isn\u2019t a single parameter where Bihar is standing with its head high. \u201cIf Bihar is ahead, it is ahead in apradh (crime), apharan (kidnapping), and in firing incidents and it is the sin of the governments here,\u201d Modi said.<\/p>\n

While Modi asked the people to seek a report card of the work done by the governments of the three parties in the Grand Alliance, saying they have ruled for 60 years, he promised that he will produce his report card when he returns to seek for votes for the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
