This was the Khehar who had recommended Misra\u2019s name for making him as the next Chief Justice of India.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the convension there is the meeting, Justice Misra once said, \u201cNo undertrial or prisoner shall remain without legal aid.
